Project and account manager (32-40 hours)

What are you going to do?

As a project and account manager, you are the link between the client and Vrolijk Online and you supervise projects from A to Z. Whether it concerns the development of a corporate identity, the construction of a website, the implementation of a webshop or online marketing issue: you are the key. You are responsible for managing projects in the field of web development, content creation and online marketing.

Focus on optimal project progress and customer satisfaction

You ensure that all parties involved, both internally and externally, can perform optimally. With a clear briefing, planning and budget, interim coordination and clear communication, you create an efficient work process in which you guide the project team and hear the client.

Together with fellow project and account managers, you are the first point of contact within our company. You are solution-oriented and able to think beyond your nose (or that of the client) and come up with tailor-made proposals and advice. You maintain discussions and keep the customer informed of the progress of the project. You make adjustments where necessary.

With a multidisciplinary team, consisting of account and project managers, developers, designers, copywriters and online marketers, you strive for an optimal end result for every customer. That makes you happy! And we as well!

What do we ask of you?

• You work independently and show initiative
• You are decisive and like to tackle things
• You have good communication skills, both oral and written
• You are commercially literate; you create sales opportunities and do not shy away from proactively submitting ideas to our clients
• You ensure good planning and monitor progress and the budget
• You work accurately
• You have completed a HBO education or HBO thinking level in the field of (online) marketing and communication
• You have several years of work experience at an agency
• You have knowledge of web development, content creation and online marketing
• You are cheerful!
